Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Technical Support and Claims Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains effective communication with suppliers on issues related to complaints and warranty cases;
- Organizes and monitors the process of replacing defective equipment;
- Prepares and sends warranty claims to equipment suppliers;
- Coordinates equipment replacement activities with emergency teams at the sites;
- Analyzes recurring defects and proposes preventive measures;
- Creates issue tickets and forwards them to the relevant engineering teams;
- Ensures that cases are handled within the agreed deadlines;
- Communicates technical solutions and information clearly to customers.
Requirements:
- Higher education - Electrical Engineering;
- Experience in the power industry - considered an advantage;
- English language - written and spoken;
- Computer skills - MS Office, Internet.
