Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Tax Specialist (Global Payroll).

Responsibilities:

• Manages end-to-end administration and operational support of payroll activities;
• Prepares, processes, and validates payroll-related data and documentation to support accurate payroll processing and post-payroll activities;
• Supports data validation, correction activities, and payroll reconciliations to maintain data quality;
• Works closely and collaboratively with colleagues, Payroll, and HR teams to support smooth and effective service delivery;
• Prepares reports and statements upon request.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Keeps up to date with legislation changes concerning countries operating with and proper implementation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Law, Accounting or similar;
• Good understanding of domestic and international payrolls;
• Previous experience with international payroll processing and involvement will be considered as a strong advantage;
• Proficiency MS Excel;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken);
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sense of responsibility.
