As our organization continues to grow across multiple markets, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to shape how SUNOTEC attracts, engages, and hires the people building the energy transition.

Your Impact:
You will lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, ensuring the SUNOTEC Group attracts exceptional people while building strong and authentic employer brand.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute SUNOTEC’s Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth;
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategies;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team;
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping;
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle;
- Lead executive search and complex hiring projects.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Develop and lead SUNOTEC’s Employer Branding strategy across key markets;
- Define and communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), while showcasing life at SUNOTEC and the impact of our projects;
- Strengthen our presence across social media, digital channels, industry communities, and universities;
- Work on engaging our employees as Brand ambassadors through strong involvement, communication efforts and employee centered experience in all steps of the employee Journey in SUNOTEC;
- Position SUNOTEC as an employer of choice within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Recruitment Excellence & Data:
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience;
- Implement data-driven hiring strategies and reporting;
- Monitor performance and optimize time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline strength;
- Manage external recruitment partners Ь required.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months:
- Gain a deep understanding of SUNOTEC’s business model, growth plans, and hiring priorities;
- Build strong partnerships with our senior leadership and hiring managers;
- Assess and optimize the current recruitment processes and team structure;
- Strengthen direct sourcing and talent pipeline development;
- Launch initiatives that enhance SUNOTEC’s employer brand visibility;
- Implement clear recruitment metrics and reporting;
- Position the team as a trusted and reliable business partner.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing, engineering / manufacturing/ construction environment;
- Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams;
- Strong professional expertise and market understanding;
- Experience recruiting senior, highly specialized, technical and business-critical roles;
- Experience developing employer branding or talent attraction initiatives;
- Strategic mindset combined with hands - on and pro-active execution;
- Strong stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills;
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and focus on delivering results;
- Experience working with ATS / HRIS systems;
- Data and analytics drive;
- Business-fluent English.
