Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Surety & Bond Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage surety bonds (warranty, performance, bid) in Bulgaria and Germany, coordinating with insurers, brokers, and internal teams - issuance, renewal and release;
• Coordinate with surety insurers and brokers to maintain active facilities and limits;
• Review contractual guarantee requirements for EPC and Procurement teams;
• Track exposure, expiries, and ensure compliance with policy terms.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance, brokerage, or corporate surety management;
• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Law;
• Solid understanding of warranty, performance, and bid bonds;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills;
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage).
