Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Structured Finance Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Works with project finance model templates to analyze financial outcomes, implement structural changes, and develop new functionalities as needed;
• Prepares tailored financial reports and model outputs for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders;
• Supports and coordinates the technical and legal due diligence (TDD and LDD) processes by gathering data from internal teams (development, engineering, legal, asset management, etc.);
• Assists in managing third-party advisors involved in the due diligence and project finance processes;
• Liaises with commercial banks and financial institutions under the guidance of senior team members;
• Monitors post-financing obligations and compliance reporting for active projects;
• Helps maintain internal trackers, data rooms, and project documentation related to financing processes;
• Contributes to internal process improvements, template development, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in project finance, banking, M&A consulting, financial advisory or renewable energy financing;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Previous experience with financial modelling is preferred;
• Familiarity with basic project finance concepts (debt sizing, DSCR, IRR, etc.);
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and documentation;
• Clear communicator who is comfortable coordinating across multiple teams;
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn;
• Full proficiency in English language.
