Expanding our team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages utility-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid projects from early development to financial close / notice to proceed optimization;
• Drives technical and commercial evaluation of project opportunities, including risk and profitability assessment;
• Oversees bid preparation, EPC calculations, and commercial offers;
• Acts as a senior interface between customers and internal terms (engineering, procurement, construction, legal, finance);
• Supports and leads contract negotiations and long-term client relationships;
• Contributes to market analysis and the development of standard solutions and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in business development, project development, or sales engineering (PV/BESS/hybrid projects);
• Strong expertise in EPC projects, tendering, and commercial models;
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Business-fluent German and English; willingness to travel;
• Structured, independent working style;
• Willingness to relocate to Munich and readiness to travel for business purposes (if needed).
