Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and provide expert consultancy for power plants, energy facilities, and electrical systems;
• Develop innovative technical solutions aligned with client requirements and project objectives, including on-site assessments;
• Drive the design and optimization of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems;
• Oversee and ensure quality control of design activities performed by internal teams and external partners;
• Provide author’s supervision and technical support throughout construction and commissioning;
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients, both locally and internationally;
• Contribute to project budgeting, stakeholder meetings, and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in PV electrical design;
• Sufficient AutoCAD skills;
• University degree – Electrical Engineer or relevant;
• Fluent English (written & verbal);
• Good command of German will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
