As SUNOTEC’s renewable energy portfolio continues to grow across Europe, strong financial control is essential to keeping complex projects on track and supporting sound business decisions. With projects spanning multiple countries and stages of delivery, clear visibility of costs, cash flow, margins and financial risks is critical to successful project execution.

We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to strengthen the financial management of our projects across their full lifecycle and provide clear visibility of performance, cash flow and financial risks.

Why this role matters

In this role, you’ll take ownership of financial control across EPC, construction and O&M projects, connecting financial data with what is happening on the ground.

Working closely with Project Managers, accounting, procurement and country teams, you’ll turn project data into clear financial insights, identify risks early and support decisions that protect project margins and cash flow.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Own the financial control of projects across their lifecycle, monitoring performance, margins and financial risks;
• Analyze budget, actual and forecast data, identifying deviations, cost overruns and supporting corrective actions;
• Manage project cash flow visibility, tracking costs, commitments, revenues and actual cash movements;
• Deliver management reporting and key financial KPIs to support informed decision-making;
• Partner with Project Managers and country teams, challenging assumptions and providing financial insight;
• Improve and standardize project controlling processes across projects and countries.

What will help you succeed

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
• 5–8+ years of experience in project controlling, financial controlling or project finance;
• Experience in construction, energy or infrastructure is a strong advantage;
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash flow management;
• Experience in a multi-country or multi-entity environment;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to challenge and validate financial data;
• Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are an advantage;
• Fluency in English.
