Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, supervision, and coordination of the development of the assigned project;
• Actively working with concrete structures, collaborating with site managers and leading on-site construction activities;
• Communicating and aligning with all participants, such as architects, contractors, suppliers, and construction authorities;
• Following up on the budget during the construction project;
• Preparation of reports and analyses regarding project progress;
• Keeping track and participating in construction documentation activities, including schedules of different stages, allocation of resources, and site teams;
• Responsible for collecting documents under Regulation 3, dealing with executive documentation, and participating in admissions committees.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Project Management – minimum 3 years;
• Experience with concrete structures and an excellent knowledge of construction legislation and regulations;
• Background in structural design is beneficial;
• University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Structural Design;
• Fluent English (written & verbal);
• Result-oriented with a positive attitude;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment;
• Active driver.
