As part of the continued growth of our Nordic operations, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the region. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring proper structure, version control, and traceability;
  • Coordinate the flow of documents between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders;
  • Provide administrative support to project managers throughout all project phases;
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on actions and decisions;
  • Support tender preparation by coordinating and compiling required documentation;
  • Maintain project trackers, monitor deadlines, and support project reporting activities;
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and other project teams;
  • Support project mobilisation, execution, and close-out activities;
  • Act as a key point of contact for project-related administrative matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, document control, or a similar role within an EPC, construction, engineering, or renewable energy environment;
  • Strong understanding of document management processes and administrative project support;
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and tracking actions and deliverables;
  • Excellent organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic project environment;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills;
  • Proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

 

Considered an Advantage:

  • Experience working on EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects;
  • Previous exposure to tendering and bid support activities;
  • Knowledge of project documentation systems and document control best practices;
  • Experience working with international project teams;
  • Danish language skills.
