Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for a Project Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers with administrative tasks, stakeholder communication, and ensuring resources are available for project teams;
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans;
• Act as a liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project life cycle;
• Coordinate project designs in line with technical requirements, regulations, and safety standards;
• Advise clients and assist in developing project assignments;
• Support preliminary (pre-investment) project activities;
• Research, develop, and improve processes to ensure effective project delivery;
• Implement systems for quality control and ensure compliance with company standards;
• Perform additional project-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering or related;
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on construction projects;
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools for construction projects;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Active driver.
