Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities:

•  Managing supplier relationships in areas such as BESS, PV modules, inverters, transformers, substations, SCADA, cables, structures, and others;
• Conducting commercial negotiations and negotiating framework agreements;
• Building a portfolio of preferred suppliers;
• Creating, tracking, and analyzing supplier KPIs;
• Onboarding, qualifying, and evaluating new partners;
• Managing contracts and risk in the supply chain;
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and alternative sourcing strategies;
• Creating purchase orders for major equipment and materials, tracking deliveries;
• Close collaboration with engineering, project, and commercial teams.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar commercial role;
• Proven experience in supplier management and negotiations;
• Experience in the energy, renewable energy, solar, or electrical infrastructure sectors—a strong advantage;
• Technical education, e.g., electrical engineering, energy, or a related field—an advantage;
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to create value;
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent stakeholder and teamwork skills;
• Very good English; a second language is considered an advantage.
