Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Payment Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and recording incoming and outgoing payments;
- Monitoring bank transactions and settlement accounts;
- Communicating with banks, payment institutions, and internal departments;
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and claims;
- Preparing reports and statements related to payments;
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Higher education in Economics or similar;

Good understanding of payment processes and banking operations and previous experience in a similar role;

Proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel;

Very good command of English (written and spoken);

German as a second language is considered a strong advantage;

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sense of responsibility.
