Job Description
Job Title:  Office Manager
Posting Start Date:  8/19/26

Behind every successful renewable energy project is an organization that keeps people, information and day-to-day operations moving.

SUNOTEC is an international system integrator of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure. We have delivered more than 680 projects with over 15 GW of installed renewable energy capacity across multiple European markets, working across power generation, battery energy storage, grid infrastructure and lifecycle services.

As we continue to expand our UK operations and establish our office in Leicestershire, we’re looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day office environment and provide reliable administrative support to our local team.

Why this role matters:

Our Leicestershire office is an important part of SUNOTEC’s growing presence in the UK. As Office Manager, you’ll help create the structure and working environment that allows the local team to operate effectively.

You’ll be a central point of contact for colleagues and visitors, coordinate the practical aspects of running the office and support teams including HR and Finance with day-to-day administration. As the UK business grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how the office operates and contribute to processes that support a growing international organization.

Where you’ll make an impact:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Leicestershire office, ensuring colleagues have a well-organized, safe and welcoming place to work;
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing professional and helpful experience from the moment they arrive;
  • Keep office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment and relationships with relevant service providers;
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, helping colleagues manage their schedules effectively;
  • Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations, ensuring information is accurate and professionally presented;
  • Maintain organized records, databases and filing systems so that information is accessible and up to date;
  • Support HR and Finance colleagues with administrative activities and coordination as required;
  • Provide practical support to the wider UK team, responding to day-to-day needs and helping resolve administrative issues as they arise.

What will help you succeed:

  • You have previous experience in office management, administration or a similar office support role and are comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day operations;
  • You’re highly organized and able to manage several priorities without losing track of details or deadlines;
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, as you’ll regularly interact with colleagues, visitors and external partners;
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, for everyday administration and business communication;
  • You notice when something needs attention and take a practical approach to solving problems rather than waiting for direction;
  • You’re comfortable working independently while staying closely connected with colleagues across different functions and locations.

Why you’ll enjoy working here:

You’ll join SUNOTEC at an important stage in the development of our UK operations, with the opportunity to help establish an office that supports our growing local team.

Your work will connect you with colleagues across different functions and countries, giving you visibility across the business and the opportunity to understand how an international renewable energy company operates beyond individual projects.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Full-time employment contract;
  • A remuneration package reflecting the scope of the role and your experience;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Pension plan with company matching upon successful completion of probation.

If you’d like to help build the working environment behind SUNOTEC’s growing UK operations, we’d like to hear from you.

Send us your CV in English and join a team delivering large-scale renewable energy infrastructure across Europe.
