Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions;
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations in clear and user-friendly formats;
• Develop, improve, and maintain Power BI dashboards;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics, providing regular updates and highlighting performance gaps;
• Collaborate with senior analysts to gather reporting requirements from different departments;
• Support data modeling and the visual design of dashboards and reports;
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of the enterprise archive policy;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience in advanced reporting, data analysis, and data visualization in a fast-paced environment;
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools and/or Google Workspace alternatives is a plus (Excel, Access, Power Automate, Power BI);
• Experience with AI tools in data modeling is considered an advantage;
• Conversational English (written and verbal);
• Previous experience in the construction or production industries is an advantage.
