SUNOTEC positions itself as an integrated solution provider, covering all services from geology, procurement, engineering and construction services to operations and maintenance and re-powering of plants with a large focus on BESS.

Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an International Mobility Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup, implementation, and execution of international mobility processes across the Group, including the full lifecycle of employee postings;
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including posted worker legislation, social security coordination, personal income tax, health insurance, working time directives, minimum wage laws, and statutory leave entitlements;
  • Continuously monitor and research local and international immigration and labour law regulations to ensure business operations remain compliant;
  • Research new markets from immigration and labour law regulations perspective;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., authorities, trade unions, advisors) to ensure a seamless posting experience;
  • Advise on and support the coordination of visa, work permit, and residence permit application procedures;
  • Educate internal stakeholders on mobility-related processes, policies, and regulatory obligations;
  • Maintain transparency on posting progress and provide regular updates to relevant departments on mobility issues and approvals;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database of international mobility information relevant to the Group.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources or equivalent qualification;
  • Experience coordinating mobility processes across multiple jurisdictions;
  • In-depth knowledge of international mobility practices and legislation related to cross-border employment;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and problem-solving;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
