Expanding our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for an Insurance Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

• Carefully assess the insurance needs and associated risks in construction projects, ensuring the selection of suitable insurance policies; 
• Conduct periodic audits of insurance policies and claims to verify coverage adequacy and cost-effectiveness; 
• Promote and enforce safety standards across construction projects, their efforts instrumental in reducing accidents and minimizing insurance claims; 
• Maintain effective communication with contractors, project managers, and insurance carriers, coordinating insurance-related activities and efficiently resolving issues; 
• Generate and present regular reports to management, providing insights into insurance coverage, claims, and associated costs for construction projects; 
• Actively source, negotiate, and acquire insurance policies that cover construction-specific risks, including liability and property damage; 
• Develop and execute strategies to mitigate potential losses and liabilities in construction projects, paramount to their role.

Requirements: 

• University degree in Economics or based on previous professional experience; 
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations; 
• Proficiency in analyzing insurance needs, risk assessment, and policy selection;
• Fluency in English.
