Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage all HSE-related documents in connection to the company’s HSE plan;

- Collect, prepare, analyze and submit all HSE-related documentation required for participation in tenders and certification processes;

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client specifications;

- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, legal) to gather necessary data and ensure HSE aspects are integrated into tenders;

- Review and submit HSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery within tender deadlines;

- Maintain and organize HSE documentation for future reference and audits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management or a related field;

- Proven experience in HSE compliance, administration, or preparing tender documentation;

- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards;

- Excellent organizational and communication skills;

- Fluency in English.
