The role:

Our HR Business Partner will work closely with our employees, mid and senior - level management teams in a global, rapid growth organization. You will play critical role in addressing the HR strategy, priorities and plans, translating the Sunotec strategy into clear people centered projects and focus areas. You will actively work on setting up best class HR processes, strengthening our leadership capabilities and ensuring positive employee experience.  You are an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a complex and fast paced environment, balancing strategic perspective and hands on execution, driven by creativity, ownership, quality, and trust. This newly created role will require strong resilience, prioritization and influencing, process design and co-creation capabilities, personal flexibility and positive energy.

 

Your impact:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and a first point of contact to our managers and employees on the people related topics. Coach and support across departments, levels and geographies;
  • Partner with our senior management to understand specific business challenges and needs, pro-actively plan and implement actions and initiatives;
  • Own, drive or support key HR priorities and programs, such as on-boarding, engagement, performance management, talent and career development, engagement and recognition, succession management, compensation, etc.;
  • Consult on organizational design, resources, competencies and required skills, actively support organizational change and transformation;
  • Design and implement specific projects or action plans, always with strong focus on management of change, communication, engagement and the employee experience;
  • Identify, manage and develop talent, provide feedback, support the implementation of development programs and initiatives;
  • Support on employee relations and issues resolution. Manage disciplinary, compliance or regulatory cases, ensure full alignment with the Bulgarian Labor Code and applicable legislation.

 

What You Bring:

  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal, Psychology or related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, at least 7+ years as HRBP;
  • Experience in fast-paced environment and industries such as production, technology, construction, is an advantage;
  • Strong expertise and extensive knowledge of best practices in various HR functional areas, such as (but not limited to) Talent Management, Culture, Engagement & Recognition, ER, Rewards, Data & Analytics, etc.;
  • Excellent understanding of Bulgarian labor code and applicable legislation & compliance requirements;
  • Strong people, influencing, relationship building and coaching skills;
  • Strong data and analytics drive;
  • Proactive and dynamic work style, resiliency and ability to prioritize in changing environment;
  • English proficiency.
