For our headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, we're looking for a Group IT & Digital Director to lead that journey.

This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership of our Group IT & Digital function. You will define technology vision, lead enterprise-wide transformation, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize our application landscape and build an IT organization ready to support the next stage of SUNOTEC's growth.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape how technology enables our business today and for years to come.

Where you’ll make a difference:

• Leading the overall IT & Digital function across multiple countries and legal entities;
• Defining technology governance, enterprise architecture and the Group technology roadmap;
• Driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the business;
• Leading the evolution of our enterprise application landscape, including SAP, Procore and other business-critical platforms;
• Building an integrated technology ecosystem that connects ERP, project management, reporting and operational systems;
• Strengthening cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and operational excellence across the Group;
• Establishing data governance, reporting standards and business intelligence capabilities;
• Identifying opportunities to apply automation, AI and emerging technologies where they create measurable business value;
• Managing strategic technology vendors, investments and sourcing decisions;
• Building and developing high-performing international IT teams while acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

What would make you a great fit for the role:

We're looking for a business-oriented technology leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.

• 15+ years of leadership experience across IT, Digital Transformation and Enterprise Systems;
• A proven track record of leading complex technology transformation programmes in international organisations;
• Strong people leadership and team development capabilities;
• Strong experience with SAP implementations, integrations and enterprise application ecosystems;
• Experience connecting ERP platforms with operational, project management and reporting systems;
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies and enterprise architecture;
• Experience building technology governance, operating models and high-performing teams;
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into technology strategy;
• A pragmatic mindset, balancing long-term transformation with day-to-day operational excellence.
