Job Title:  Group Consolidation Expert

Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Group Consolidation Expert.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Support with the overall enterprise consolidation process and review of inter-company transactions, corporate consolidations accounting and consolidated general ledger;
  • Supports the Group’s consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards;
  • Advises on the design, translation, and application of corporate requirements for consolidation, financial and management reporting, including legal, fiscal, and statutory needs;
  • Collaborates with Finance, Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data provided for consolidation;
  • Analyze financial performance across business units and identify areas for improvement or optimization;
  • Contributes specialized knowledge for the preparation of periodic (quarterly/annual) consolidated Group financial statements;
  • Provides support during the external financial audit process.
     
Requirements:
  • Higher education – in the field of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or based on previous professional experience;
  • 5-6 years of experience in Consolidation, Finance Analysis, or Accounting, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and consolidation techniques;
  • Expertise in using consolidation software and ERP systems (experience with Lucanet and SAP would be an advantage);
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
