SUNOTEC positions itself as an integrated solution provider, covering all services from geology, procurement, engineering and construction services to operations and maintenance and re-powering of plants with a large focus on BESS.

Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an Expert, Construction Supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the technical file/archive of the projects developed by the company;
• Prepares and submits ongoing correspondence with government administration, municipal administration, and utility companies;
• Participates in procedures for the amendment and approval of detailed development plans;
• Participates in procedures for coordinating project documentation with utility companies, the fire safety department, municipal administration, and others;
• Prepares the necessary documentation/attachments for applications, preliminary and final contracts with electricity distribution companies or the Electricity System Operator (ESO);
• Prepares the required documentation for the opening of a construction site;
• Compiles the necessary documents for preparing a final report and jointly leads, together with the relevant supervisory company, the process of commissioning and energizing the projects developed by the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Construction/Civil Engineering;
• Experience with procedures under the Spatial Planning Act;
• Experience working with construction documentation, including quality certificates for materials used, records, and protocols during construction, etc.;
• Previous experience in a construction supervision company;
• Computer literacy, proficiency in basic MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• Driver's license.
