SUNOTEC positions itself as an integrated solution provider, covering all services from geology, procurement, engineering and construction services to operations and maintenance and re-powering of plants with a large focus on BESS.

 

To expand our Tax team in Munich, we are looking for a Tax Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the international tax team with day-to-day tax operations for German entities and their international subsidiaries within the SUNOTEC Group;
  • Reviewing and adapting financial accounting to meet German tax requirements;
  • Preparing corporate, trade, and VAT tax returns;
  • Monitoring deadlines and organizing tax-related documentation;
  • Coordinating tax-related payments;
  • Supporting tax audits;
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external consultants.

 

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as a Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r);
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in tax or accounting;
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
  • Structured and reliable working style with team spirit;
  • Confident in using MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Datev and SAP) is a plus.
