Expanding our team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Service Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning of Solar tracker plants and related systems (e.g. monitoring, communication interfaces, control units);
- Plan and deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams (on-site and remote);
- Provide technical support during project execution and in the after-sales phase;
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues;
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and service teams;
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and reports;
- Travel internationally for project deployments and customer support.
Requirements:
- Technical education or degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or similar);
- Experience in photovoltaic systems, preferably utility-scale solar projects of tracker systems;
- Hands-on experience in commissioning, field service, or technical customer support;
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and customer interaction;
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Willingness to travel internationally;
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;
- Driving license.
