Expanding our team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a QA & QC Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Creates, develops, implements and maintains the Quality Management Systems (QMS) for construction projects;
- Reviews and approves project documentation to guarantee quality assurance;
- Collaborates with engineering, procurement and project teams to resolve quality-related issues;
- Management and control of subcontractors and their performance with regard to project quality;
- Coordinates with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors for certifications.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations;
- Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field;

- Business fluent German and English language skills is a must;
- Strong intercultural competence and respect for different perspectives;
- Willingness to travel;
- Certification as an Internal/Lead Auditor for QMS under ISO 9001 is considered an advantage.
