Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for a Cost Estimator:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for solar PV projects, including materials, labor, and equipment;
• Analyze project specifications, and other documents to determine costs;
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop accurate and competitive bids;
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations;
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors;
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for projects;
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate pricing;
• Support the negotiation of contracts by providing cost-related insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimation in construction;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project);
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in Spanish - advantage.
