The future of energy depends on more than power generation. It depends on how generation, storage, grid infrastructure and technology work together as one system.

At SUNOTEC, that's exactly what we do. As an international system integrator of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure, we design and connect the systems that enable reliable, scalable and future-ready energy solutions. Since 2012, we have delivered more than 680 renewable energy projects with over 15 GW of installed capacity and 6 GWh of battery energy storage capacity across Europe and beyond.

Today, we continue to expand our capabilities, technologies and global footprint, supporting some of the industry's most complex and impactful energy projects.

To enhance this growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest, Romania

  • Support the preparation of project reports, presentations and management updates;

  • Assist with tender and bid preparation activities by coordinating and compiling required documentation;

  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, procurement, construction, quality and HSE teams.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, document control or a similar role;

  • Experience within EPC, construction, engineering, infrastructure or renewable energy environments;

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment;

  • Experience organizing meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and tracking actions and deliverables;

  • A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to work;

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint;

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

  • Romanian language proficiency.

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working on renewable energy, EPC or infrastructure projects;

  • Familiarity with document management systems and document control processes;

  • Experience working with international project teams.
